You will be responsible for providing a high standard product support to our valued costumers. As the first line of support, you will have an excellent phone manner, able to search and find the relevant data quickly and easily and able to solve technical queries as requested. As such, this role will appeal to candidates with a helpful demeanour with and ability to understand technical products and information.
As Technical Support officer, you will receive valuable on the job training provided by the established technical support team. This job can lead into further opportunities as a technical support engineer, having greater responsibilities once you are ready to develop your career further. Technical Support Requirements
- To support customers using the company’s products via telephone / e-mail / face to face
- To provide the best possible response to incoming enquiries, whether by telephone, fax or e-mail
- Must have qualification in Mechanical Engineering
- To undertake the New Product Price Request process
- To undertake the proposal order process
- To undertake Trade Counter duties as and when required
- To provide customers both internal and external with the a high standard of customer service
